Having uttered the words "I will not build another house again", just a short time ago. My husband and I found ourselves in love with a home being built by Matt Nowak; after a long debate, we decided to work with Matt to complete the house. To say that this process has been stress free would be an understatement. We were able to make changes with ease, get advice on what would be best for us and the house. The process of building a home can be stressful, but Matt has made the process very easy. He was always just a phone call away and did anything he could to make this house our dream. My husband an I have lived in some nicely appointed homes, so it takes a lot to impress both of us. This home is everything we could have imagined, and dreamed of . Our home is now our own personal oasis. Matt treated this house like he was going to live there and paid attention to every detail, no matter how small. To have contractors tell us how great the house has been built, says a lot about the quality.

Now that the process is over and we have closed, we consider Matt one of our friends. Even with the deal being done, he is still just a phone call away. They say you can test the merit of someone when there is a problem; I can assure you Matt will ALWAYS be there for any of his clients. I can truly say that Matt Nowak and his team truly made this an enjoyable experience. Will I build another house again... sure I will as long as it is with Matt. Thank you!

This was our first experience building a new home. We heard horror stories and seen extreme stress levels from friends and relatives who have been through the building process. None of this happened to us working with Matt. From the time we met at his own home and reviewed the plans, we felt completely confident that the job would be done right and signed the building contract. We live over an hour away from the building site, and it just wasn't feasible to be there watching all the time. Our new home is going to be a bed and breakfast as well as our retirement home. Every time we would visit, we found Matt and his crew hard at work doing the things we had envisioned.  Matt's timeline of having us make selections at each stage of the building process worked to perfection. We were very impressed with how quickly each step of our house construction came together, and the quality of work was exceptional. Thank you Matt. We recently within the past two years built a home located at 5157 Delfa Lane, Macedon, NY with Matt Nowak and are extremely satisfied with the results. The quality of his homes are superb. The building process went pretty flawless. The home was built within three months and there were never any problems with scheduling of work.

Matt also backs his work. We had some minor problems throughout the past couple years, and I mean minor and Matt was always there to help us out and fix those issues. It would be nice if all builders would stand behind their work like Matt does.

I have no problem sharing my experience with other potential buyers, which I already have done numerous times within the past couple years. To sum it all up, Matt is a great guy and a trustworthy guy. He does a great job with his work and I would recommend him to anyone.

We have been in the house for about two weeks now and have not found anything to call the builder back in for.  It's great to know that he took care of everything and when he said turnkey it really was turnkey.  He has been great to work with throughout the whole process.  He broke ground on November 11th, after all the permits were obtained, and we moved in on February 19th.  Not bad with three major holidays and the winter that we have had between times.

We already had a house plan when we spoke to Matt about being our builder.  Matt was able to build our home within our budget, without giving up the quality and special features of the house that we like.  The nice part about building with Matt was we were face to face with our builder, not just his workers.

Building a new home can be stressful, but when something came up that seemed to undo our schedule, Matt was the one to speak with. He was able to get our house done in the timely fashion he promised, without too much stress. Our house was not the only house Matt was building at the time, but it seemed that day or night he was available to speak with whenever we needed him.  He was at our house daily to check on the progress. Our house was built at the busiest time of the year. There were times when due to scheduling problems, it appeared a worker would not be available; that is when Matt stepped in and did the work himself. 

Matt has the drive to keep his customer happy and living by his word.  It took us two years to finally find the right lot to build our home. Quality was very important to us, and Matthew J.
